The Clayleo manifesto

Every company starts as clay.

Clayleo is an autonomous company platform: describe a business in one sentence and AI agents validate it, build it, and run it — while you earn every dollar. This is what we believe.

01Every company starts as clay.

An idea is raw material, nothing more. It becomes a company by being shaped — researched, tested, built, and put in front of real customers. Clayleo exists to do the shaping, starting from a single sentence.

02Ideas are cheap until they are tested.

Most business ideas deserve to die quickly and cheaply. That is why every Clayleo company passes a validation gate before anything is built: market research, competitor analysis, a lean canvas, and a 0–100 score with a verdict — proceed, iterate, or kill. Weak ideas die at the gate, not after six months of your life.

03Agents should do jobs, not tasks.

Autocomplete is not leverage. A Clayleo company is staffed by specialist agents that own whole roles — one designs and ships the website, one writes and runs the ads, one hunts leads, one answers the inbox, one sources products. You hire a team by typing a sentence.

04The founder’s job is judgment.

Machines are good at doing; humans are good at deciding. Clayleo agents prepare the work, and every dollar of spend queues for your one-click approval, itemized to the cent. You are not the operator of your company. You are its board.

05No surprises on the invoice.

Agent work is paid for with wallet credits you load in advance. Ads run under hard per-campaign budget caps. Nothing spends without sign-off. If your balance is empty, agents pause — they never overdraw you to keep going.

06A company, not a chatbot.

The output of Clayleo is not a conversation. It is a live website on its own domain, a working mailbox, real ad campaigns, ranked leads, and products with margins — a running business with your name on it.

Describe the company. Agents build it.
You get the checks.
